IBC 13 is the creator and home to Travel and Trade, Travel Philippines and Cooltura, three infotainment programs showcasing the country's travel destinations and cultural heritage. This April 2019, IBC 13 brings you the new season of COOLTURA which highlights Philippine culture and tourism in the age of social media.
