Meet Binibini #39, Dia Nicole Magno of CARAGA: Binibining Pilipinas 2019 candidate

Binibining Pilipinas, the most prestigious beauty pageant in the country and one of the most anticipated competitions in Asia, is on the lookout for a new batch of queens who will represent the Philippines in the international arena.

The top 40 were chosen and against all odds, they will compete with each other to get the most coveted crown, who will stand out from the rest? Let's meet one of the gorgeous candidates, representing CARAGA region: DIA NICOLE MAGNO.

Dia Nicole Magno is from Butuan, Caraga region. This 25 years old stunner is not just beauty, a graduate of Interdisciplinary Studies from the Ateneo de Manila University, she is also very active in terms of sports. Dia represented the country when she competed as a national player for badminton in the doubles category during the XXVI Southeast Asian Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia last 2011. She might be competitive both in sports and now and a beauty pageant but she is very friendly and sincere with what she is saying, you know that she is not just fighting for the crown but also for a cause and what she believes in.

There's a lot of admirable qualities about Dia that can summarize as a whole why she is most worthy of any of the crowns in this year's Binibining Pilipinas pageant.

One is that she is very outspoken and eloquent, she speaks from the heart and she is very well informed when it comes to current events and national issues. One is for certain, as someone who would be representing the country in the future, she doesn't take any sides but she is all for equality and when it comes to the law about juvenile delinquency, she is all for what is both right and just - for both parties.

Dia also shared some of her advocacy. She loves children and she is very active in helping out the indigent people in their area specifically the kids who are struggling to go to school everyday. With her program, she reached out to some people for some help even to the government so that they can give out some materials to the children and see what else they can provide for them for a better education and their future as well.

Dia also shared how she looks up to Catriona and how she managed to be an inspiration to everyone and bring joy to the whole country.

Aside from this, she is very excited for the upcoming pageant, there's a lot of memorable experience for her but one of them is the Parade of beauties which happened at the
Araneta Center. According to her, seeing the people cheering for all of them gave her goosebumps, it was indeed a wonderful feeling for her.

The Butuan beauty shared that she is still single and that she is also a member of "NBSB" club. Right now, she is focused on the pageant and to help boost the tourism of their region Caraga.
